📋 How to Export Your Calendar

🍎 Apple Calendar (Mac/iOS)

  1. Open Calendar app
  2. Select the calendar you want to export
  3. File → Export → Export...
  4. Choose location and save as .ics file
  5. Upload the .ics file here

📧 Google Calendar

  1. Go to calendar.google.com
  2. Click Settings ⚙️ → Settings
  3. Click "Import & Export" on the left
  4. Under Export, click "Export"
  5. Extract the downloaded zip file
  6. Upload the .ics files here

📬 Microsoft Outlook

  1. Open Outlook application
  2. File → Open & Export → Import/Export
  3. Select "Export to a file"
  4. Choose "iCalendar Format (.ics)"
  5. Select calendar and save location
  6. Upload the .ics file here

Data is processed only in your browser and is not saved. Refreshing or closing the tab will clear your uploaded calendar.

AI Insights: Your raw calendar data (.ICS files) is never sent to any server or AI model. Only a small summary of key patterns and statistics, calculated locally from your uploaded calendar, is sent to the AI to generate insights. The AI does not receive your full calendar events.
